Why do I blog this: genetic/evolutionary algorithm breeding of robot control algorithms. Nothing new, but tied against the general unease and ethics of breeding vast populations with the express purpose of herd thinning

On other occasions, police computers were misused or there was inappropriate behaviour, while in one case, a false allegation was made by a PCSO." – Why do I blog this? I'm absolutely terrified of what "police computers were misused" might entail. On second thoughts, turning being a PCSO into a game has somewhat terrifying and exciting implications too.
