For a PS3 digital DVB/PAL tuner to impress me into even caring in the slightest, it’d have to: a) ship with two tuners and b) have a magic way of upgrading the UK PS3’s hard drive space from 60GB. 60GB really isn’t enough to act as a console *and* a PVR.
