i rang them before i went on my 3 months away. was advised in a &quot;i can&#039;t tell you this, but..&quot; kind of way, that i should avoid using the phone or indeed the voicemail at all costs unless I wanted to lose my house on my return. I like my house. So i did just that. Still got hit with huge bill though...</description>

Presumably the online account also showed nothing - that&#039;s a big gaping hole in their functionality too.

I suppose they implemented this because of all those people who go abroad, rack up huge bills, and then complain when they get back that they&#039;ve been charged...</description>
